Miss Jennie Moore, a beautiful woman, 23 years old, was burned to death at her home, 2425 Gough street. Miss Moore was preparing for a party when a lace curtain was blown against a gas fixture causing it to ignite. She pulled down the curtain and endeavored to subdue the flames,but her own clothes ignited and she was fatally burned before help could arrive.
