WHITING - On February 11, 1971, George Robert Whiting, 257 Osborne Avenue,
New Westminster, aged 67 years. Survived by his loving wife Ruby, 2 sons
Richard and Ben and 1 daughter Connie, all at home; 2 sisters, Mrs.
Winnifred Tully, Chilliwack; Mrs. Ruth Tulloch, West Vancouver; 2 brothers,
Ted, Victoria; Eric, Quesnel. A member of the Amalgamated Transit Union,
Div. 101-134 and Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 229, Walley. Rev. G.W.
Stevens will conduct the services Monday, February 15 at 3 p.m. in the
Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, 8th Street and 6th Ave. Internment
Sunneyside Lawn, Surrey.
