Alexander F. Bremner of 45 Orchard Street, Jamaica Plain, died at his summer
home in Wilton, N.H. on Wednesday evening, January 7 1919. Mr. Bremner, a
marine engineer was owner of the Boston Engineering Company, with headquarters
on Atlantic avenue. He was born in Chatham, New Brunswick, Canada. He is
survived by his wife, who was with him at Wilton; a daughter, Miss Catherine
Bremner, a student at Sea Pines School, Brewster. a son, Frederic M Bremner,
a student at the Allen School, Newton; a brother Edward (should be Edwin)
Bremner, of Vancouver,
and three sisters, Mrs Catherine Brown and Miss Anne Bremner, who lived with
him and Mrs. George T Shannon of 50 Orchard street, Jamaica Plain.
