Robert L. Dow, 51, husband of Monique (Laflamme) Dow, died July 21, 1980 at his residence in Exeter, Maine after a long battle with lymphoma (cancer of the lymph nodes).

He was born August 28, 1928 in Corinna, son of Charles H. & Addie F. (Burrill) Dow.

He was a graduate of Corinna Union Academy class of 1949, was a Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict, and belonged to St. Anne's Church of Dexter, Maine.

Besides his wife of Exeter, he is survived by three daughters, Denise, Diane Perri and Deborah and one son, Dennis.
