William W. Ackerman, an aged and wealthy farmer of Holmdel township, died at his residence on the Holmdel and Keyport turnpike last Wednesday after an illness of short duration. Mr. Ackerman was born in Orange, NJ, but settled in Monmouth County many years ago. He was about seventy years of age at the time of his death. The funeral took place on Saturday afternoon.
