Mrs. Rachel C. Tilton, wife of Mellis S. Tilton of Oceanport, died on Monday afternoon, after a lingering illness, inher 76th year. She was one of the most prominent speakers of the Quaker church at Shrewsbury and frequently officiated at the funerals of members of the sect. She will be buried from the Friends Meeting house, at Shrewsbury, to-morrow at two o'clock. Stages will meet the twelve o'clock train from New York at the Little Silver railroad station to convey friends and relatives to the church.
