Last Thursday night Frank W. Mount, the youngest son of Eleanor and John W. Mount, of Maple avenue, Red Bank, died of diptheria, after being sick about a week. The case was one of malignant diptheria, and Dr. Marsden, who was in charge of the case, had as an associate Dr. Wm. Todd Helmoth, of New York city. The latter is one of the most celebrated physicians of the country in cases of this kind, but their united efforts proved of no avail. The Rev. J. K. Manning preached the sermon, and the interment was made at Fair View.
