Malachi Eckley, of Long Branch, died on Saturday, March 12th. He was 63 years old. Mr. Eckley served faithfully through the war as a private in Company of the 38(?)th New Jersey Volunteers. He joined the Jas. B. Morris Post in 1884, and the members of that post escorted the body to its last resting place.
