On Monday morning Samuel L. Runyon was found dead in bed at his residence at Port Monmouth. The cause of death was paralysis of the heart. Mr. Runyon was a carpenter by occupation and was in his 79th year. The funeral took place to-day from the Methodist church at Port Monmouth, and the interment was made in the Runyon family burial plot at Navesink.
