John J. Tabor, of Long Branch, died suddenly of paralysis of the throat on Tuesday of last week. he was a son of the late Amy and John Tabor, and a brother of Hamilton Tabor, who died a few months ago. He was a native of Long Branch and was a veteran of the rebellion. At the close of the war he engaged as ferryman at new York where he continued until about a year ago, when he was struck by paralysis. He came to Long Branch and had nearly recovered when he suffered a second stroke and died as above stated. He was 65 years of age.
