Mrs. Catharine Trafford Allen, widow of Charles G. Allen, died on Friday of last week in her 87th year. Her death was caused by diseases incident to old age. Her funeral took place on Monday morning at eleven o'clock, and a very alrge number of friends and relatives were present to pay their last tribute of esteem. The pall bearers were Asher S. Parker, Thomas F. Morford, John M. Smith and John R. Bergen. The Rev. J. K. Manning officiated, and was assisted by Revs. Thaddeus Wilson, of Shrewsbury, and F. R. Harbaugh, of Red Bank. the interment was at Fair View.
