Last Saturday (August 11), Margaret Bowne, the widow of Joseph Bowne, died at her residence at Leonardville. She was 79 years old and leaves three children - two sons and one daughter. The funeral took place on Monday in the Methodist church at Navesink.

Death notice lists her name as Margart P. Bowne and her age as 79 years, 4 months and 14 days.
