The infant daughter of J. H. Hulsart. a school teacher of Long Branch, and who formerly taught school at Seabright, was drowned on Monday in a washtub. Mrs. Hulsart is in feeble health and had gone up-stairs to lie down, leaving the seven-months-old in the carriage asleep in care of its brother, who was [sic!] seven years old. the boy went out of doors to play and while he was gone the baby crept or fell out of the carriage into a tub of water and drowned.
