Henry Wolcott, sr. died at his late residence at Eatontown last Wednesday. Mr. Wolcott was born in 1805 and was of Quaker parentage. A greater portion of his life was spent at Eatontown, and he held many offices of trust. In 1825 Mr. Wolcott married Miss Margaret Bowyer, who died some years afterward. About fifteen years ago he married Miss Deborah Clayton, who also preceded him to the grave. The funeral services took place from his late residence on Friday of last week. Mr. Wolcott leaves four children.

Death notice lists his age as 84 years.
