New Jersey Wills - December 1, 1897 - John Hall
|
John Hall directed that a headstone be erected over his grave and over that of his wife if she died before him. To his son Samuel Hall he left $500 in cash, provided he make no claim against the estate for more than one year's work, and he also left him a ten-acre wood lot in Howell township known as the Camfield wood lot. His executors, Steadman A. Hall and Samuel Hall, were directed to sell his real estate and personal property and to divide the proceeds, in equal shares, among his wife, Mrs. Sarah J. Hall, and his children, Mrs. Britta Butcher, Steadman A. Hall and Samuel Hall. The will was signed on July 6th, 1895, with George C. Beckman and Peter Cook as witnesses.
