New Jersey Wills - December 15, 1897 - James Newbold
|
James Newbold's will is written, signed and witnessed in lead pencil, a
decidedly rare occurrence. After providing for the payment of his debts
the will provides that all the rest of the estate is to go to his wife, Mrs.
Rebecca Newbold, who is also the executrix. The will was made February 13th,
1897, a few months before his death, in the presence of Sabina Lewis and Alice
L. VanWoert.
