New Jersey Obituaries - December 15, 1897 - Samuel Truex

Samuel Truex, a native of Tinton Falls, died at Chicago last week, aged 71 years. He was the son of Maria and Joseph Truex, and he lived at Tinton Falls until he was a young man. He learned the carpenter trade and afterward went to Chicago, where he made a fortune. He was married three times and leaves three grown-up children.
Per the Death Notice Mr. Truex was aged 71 years and 7 months.
