New Jersey Wills - July 21, 1897 - Mrs. Catharine M. Robinson
|
Mrs. Catharine M. Robinson directed that $200 be paid to the manager of the Dale cemetery association at Sing Sing, New York, to be a trust fund to keep her cemetery plot in order. To her two daughters, Mrs. Julia A. Crawford and Mrs. Lizzie R. Bailey, she left all the rest of her estate, to be divided equally between them, but to be free from any control of their husbands. If either should die before the other, the survivor is to have what is left of the other's share, but each is given full privilege to do what she pleases with her share during life. Both daughters were named as executrices, but Mrs. Crawford has been appointed alone. The will was signed on May 4th, 1889, with Robert Allen, Jr., and Alfred F. Trafford as witnesses.
