New Jersey Obituaries - October 6, 1897 - Mrs. Hannah (Lane) Corlies

Mrs. Hannah Corlies, wife of Stephen Corlies of Long Branch, died on Sunday night of last week. She had been sick a long time. Mrs. Corlies was born at Long Branch on June 2d, 1827, and was seventy years old. She was the daughter of Charity and John Lane and was the last member of the Lane family at Long Branch. Mrs. Corlies was married to Stephen Corlies in 1843. She was the mother of twelve children, four of whom are living. They are George Corlies of Brooklyn, Jacob V. Corlies of Orange, Stephen H. Corlies of Philadelphia, and Mrs. Hannah Maria Mawby of Jersey City.
