New Jersey Obituaries - October 27, 1897 - Mrs. Anna Elizabeth (Morris) Boeckel

Mrs. Anna Elizabeth Boeckel died last Saturday morning of paralysis of the bowels, after a
sickness of five months. She was 82 years old. She was born at Nut Swamp, her maiden name being
Morris. She leaves six children. They are Frederick N. Boeckel of Locust Point; Mrs. William Davis
of Eatontown; William W. Boeckel of Leonardville; and Mrs. Charles H. Borden and Misses Lydia and
Maggie Boeckel of Red Bank. She also leaves one brother, Elisha J. Morris of Asbury Park. The
funeral was held yesterday afternoon at the Red Bank Baptist church and the burial was at Fair
View cemetry (sic).
Per the Death Notice Mrs. Boeckel was aged 82 years and 2 months.
