New Jersey Obituaries - August 3, 1898 - Joseph VanNote

Joseph VanNote of Farmingdale died on Thursday, July 21st. He had suffered with rheumatism for a long time and this disease caused his death. Mr. VanNote was born September 21st, 1819 and was 78 years old. His first wife was Miss Mary Ann Jackson, by whom he had two children, George and James VanNote, both of whom live at Asbury Park. His second wife was Miss Margaret Bastedo and she, with three sons survives him.
Per the Death Notice Mr. VanNote was aged 78 years and 10 months.
