|
John F. R. Brown Left His Entire Estate to His Wife
The will of John F. R. Brown was very short. After the usual formal opening Mr. Brown disposed of his entire estate in these words.
"I do give, devise and bequeath all my property, whether real, personal or mixed both in New Jersey or New York, to my beloved wife, Laura C. Brown, her heirs and assign forever."
Mr. Brown's wife was made executrix of the will, and the witnesses were William H. Smiley and Harry Cooper. The will was made February 7th, 1894.
