New Jersey Obituaries - August 31, 1898 - Mrs. Annie Johnson

Mrs. Annie Johnson, widow of Joseph Johnson, died at Belford early Saturday morning of consumption at the home of her father, John Gant. She was 29 years old and had been sick about a year. Her husband, Joseph Johnson, died about five years ago. Two children, William and Sadie survive her. The funeral was held on Monday night at seven o'clock from the house, and the service was conducted by Rev. J. H. Boyd, pastor of the Belford Methodist church. The body was taken to Osbornville, N. J., yesterday for burial.
