New Jersey Wills - December 28, 1898 - James Matthews
|
James Matthews of Keyport, who died December 5th, made his will three years ago, with Allen Poling and David Warner as witnesses. He left everything he owned to his wife, Mary Jane Matthews, as long as she should live or until she remarries. She can use the principal of the estate if she wants to, and at her death or remarriage what is left is to go to his children. Mrs. Matthews was made executrix of the will.
