New Jersey Obituaries - February 2, 1898 - Mrs. Anna Maria Cowart

Mrs. Anna Maria Cowart, widow of Enoch L. Cowart, died at Freehold last night, aged eighty years. The funeral will be held on Saturday morning and the body will be buried in the old Tennent graveyard.
Mrs. Cowart's death was immediately due to an attack of the grip. She had been an invalid a long time and for the past two years had been confined to her bed with paralysis. She leaves five children. They are Enoch L. Cowart of Red Bank; and Mrs. William Harding, Mrs. Elmer E. Witman, William H. Cowart and Samuel C. Cowart of Freehold.
