A Boy Fatally Scalded

Rocco Dillione, the three-year-old son of Rocco Dillione of Long Branch, was fatally scalded at the house of Mrs. Kate Bonforte of the same place last Wednesday. Mrs. Bonforte lifted a boiler of scalding water from the stove to the floor and then left the room for a minute, leaving her five-year-old daughter and the little boy alone. The boy fell backward into the boiler. His screams brought Mrs. Bonforte to his rescue, but not until the left side of his body was horribly scalded. The boy lived but a few hours after the accident.
