New Jersey Wills - January 12, 1898 - Mrs. Anna T. Heald
|
Mrs. Anna T. Heald's Estate
Most of Her Income to Go to Her Husband and Youngest Daughter
Mrs. Anna T. Heald of Asbury Park, who died recently, was the owner of the Edgemere Inn at that place. In
her will she directed that from the income from the inn her husband, Timothy W. Heald, be paid $400 per
year, and her youngest daughter, Lillie Anna Heald, be paid $500 per year, so long as she should remain
unmarried. The rest of the income from the property, after paying taxes and expenses, is to be applied
toward the payment of a mortgage on the property. After her husband's death the estate is to be divided
equally among Mrs. Heald's three children, Mrs. Dora Belle Banta, Mrs. Jennie E. Raine and Lillie Anna
Heald. Mrs. Heald's real estate is estimated to be worth $15,0000, and her personal property is estimated
at $4,000.
