New Jersey Obituaries - January 26, 1898 - Mary Anna Hiltbrunner

Mary Anna, wife of Frederich Hiltbrunner of Scobeyville, died last Friday of dropsy and heart disease. She was born at Berne, Switzerland in 1835, and came to this country fourteen years ago. She leaves a husband and seven children. The children are Lena, wife of John Christian of Frederickstown, Missouri, Earnest, Jacob, Frederick, Paul, Frank and Charles. The funeral was held on Sunday and the body was buried in the Colt's Neck cemetery. Rev. W. R. Cunningham conducted the service and the pall-bearers were Henry Brower, Daniel Polhemus, Henry Polhemus, William H. Foster, Christopher Vanderveer and J. F. Beckman.
