Anna M. Champion's Will
Her Property Left to Three Sons and a Daughter-in-Law
Anna M. Champion of Atlantic Highlands, wife of Somers T. Champion, who died about a month ago, left a will which was probated last week. Mrs. Champion left to her husband, for his use during his lifetime, all of her real estate. All her personal property was left to her three sons-Ira S. Champion, Ezra R. Champion and Barton F. Champion-and to her daughter-in-law, Flora E., wife of Frank E. Champion. These four persons are to share alike in the division of the personal property. At the death of Somers T. Champion, Mrs. Champion's husband, the real estate is to be divided n the same way as the personal property. Ezra R. Champion, Frank E. Champion and Somers T. Champion were made executors of the will. The will was made May 15th, 1897, and was witnessed by John C. Moore and Thomas J. Emery.
