New Jersey Obituaries - June 1, 1898 - Mrs. Ellen Rainey

Mrs. Ellen Rainey, wife of Michael Rainey, died of stomach trouble at noon on Monday at her home at Oceanic. She was 61 years old, and had been sick for the past three weeks, but was not confined to her bed until last Friday. After that she grew rapidly worse and on Monday she died. She leaves one child, Mrs. Thomas Shanley of Oceanic. She had an insurance policy on her life for $250. The funeral was held at ten o'clock this morning from the church of the Holy Cross at Seabright. The burial was at Mt. Olivet cemetery.
