Killed by the Heat

Mrs. George Cranmer of Manchester started on Tuesday of last week to visit her husband, who is an engineer at Sandy Hook. At the Highland Beach station Mrs. Cranmer was overcome by the heat and was rendered unconscious. After being revived she started to walk up the railroad track to Sandy Hook. The next morning Mrs. Cranmer's dead body was found near the track by the Sandy Hook mail carrier.
