New Jersey Obituaries - November 9, 1898 - Mrs. Mary (Smith) Salter

Mrs. Mary Salter, widow of Jacob Salter, died last Thursday at the home of her nephew, H. E. Nepean
of Red Bank. Her death was caused by heart disease and dropsy. Mrs. Salter was the daughter of Elizabeth
and Henry Smith and was born at New York. The funeral was held on Saturday. The services were in charge of
Rev. E. J. Hammett assisted by Rev. J. H. Morgan and Rev. R. R. Young. The burial was at White Ridge
cemetery.
