|
Crushed by Falling Stone
Isador Widman of New York went fishing with his father at Highland Beach last Saturday week and met with an accident which caused his death. They were in a boat at the side of the railroad trestle when a train of cars loaded with stone came along. One of the cars was accidentally dumped while passing the boat and the boy was crushed by the heavy rocks falling upon him. The boy was taken to the Long Branch hospital, where he died in a few hours. His father was not hurt.
