New Jersey Obituaries - October 26, 1898 - Mrs. Charles Fenton
|
Mrs. Charles Fenton died of hasty consumption at Oceanic early last Thursday morning. She was 52 years old and had been sick about three months. She leaves a husband and six children and was devoted to her family. The children are Mrs. John Corlies, Alice, Mattie, Myrtle, Victor and William Fenton, all of Oceanic. The funeral was held on Sunday afternoon at one o'clock at the house and at half-past one o'clock at the Methodist church. The service was conducted by Rev. M. S. Messler, assisted by Rev. S. W. Knipe and Rev. J. E. Parmley. The burial was at Fair view cemetery.
