New Jersey Wills - October 26, 1898 - James E. Jones
|
James E. Jones of Long Branch left all his personal property to his wife absolutely, and he left to her the use of all his real estate as long as she should live, or until she should remarry. At her death of remarriage the executors of the will are to sell the real estate and divide the proceeds equally among his four children, Adelaide Yarnell, Augustus T. Jones, Martha J. Lane and Ebenezer Jones. Augustus T. Jones and Ebenezer Jones were made executors of the will. The will was made March 17th, 1896. The witnesses were John E. Lanning and Elias S. Longstreet, Jr.
