New Jersey Wills - October 26, 1898 - John Soden
|
John Soden of Fair Haven made his will June 23d, 1881. It contains only two clauses. The first clause provided for the payment of his debts, and the second clause gave everything he possessed to his wife and made her the executrix of the will. At Mr. Soden's wife's death or remarriage, the property is to go to his children. Charles H. Trafford of Red Bank, who died some years ago, and E. L. Bennett of Fair Haven, were the witnesses to the will. Mr. Bennett died about a month ago.
