New Jersey Obituaries - September 7, 1898 - Louisa Dawson

Louisa Dawson, daughter of Thomas Dawson, died at Atlantic Highlands last Wednesday of spinal meningitis. She was eighteen years old and had been sick about two weeks. She graduated last year form the Atlantic Highlands public school, and was an active member of the Central Baptist church. The funeral was held on Sunday. At the service the church choir was present and sang. The pall bearers were James Stout, Louis Merrigold, Norris Pippit, William Nader, Rufus Savidge and Albert Leonard. The body was buried at Bay View cemetery.
