Albert White's Will

It was Probated on Monday

Albert White, who died at Eatontown on the second day of August of this year, left a will which was probated yesterday. Mr. White was one of triplets, and was the first to die. He had lived at Belford for many years, and while he lived here his wife left him. He refers to this in his will. The will was short, and was made last April. After providing for the payment of his debts and funeral expenses the will says:

"At the sale of my real estate at Belford, notwithstanding my wife had before left my bed and board, she received her portion of dower from said sale; now in order to have some of these comforts of home in my feebleness, I have engaged the services of Miss Mary Murray, and if she remain with me to the close of my life, I do hereby devise and it is my will that she receive as a just compensation for services all my household and kitchen furniture, also $100 in cash, or as near to that sum as my substance will permit.

"And should there be any money over after paying this bequest I desire that it be distributed as the law provides; and I hereby appoint my beloved friend, Eseck Wolcott, as the executor of this my last will and testament."

The witnesses to the will were Henry Wolcott and William W. Olmstead.
