John Schenck Conover died at Marlboro last Saturday of dysentery, aged 32 years. He was a son of Mrs. Joshua E. VanPelt of Atlantic Highlands. His wife was Rachel Hayward, daughter of Thomas P. Hayward of Marlboro. She survives him and he also leaves four small children. He leaves a brother, Gilbert Conover of Marlboro; and a sister, Mrs. Frank M. Lindell of Newark.
