Mrs. Bridget Cooney, wife of John Cooney of Colt’s Neck, died of apoplexy on Monday, aged 79 years. She was in her usual health up to the time of her death, and had been visiting a neighbor about half an hour before she was stricken. She had lived at Colt’s Neck over fifty years. She leaves four children. They are Mrs. Asher Crawford and Mrs. Margaret Kelsey of Colt’s Neck, Thomas Cooney of Holmdel and Mrs. Henry Hughes of Asbury Park. The funeral will be held at the Freehold Catholic church at ten o’clock to-morrow.
