A Body Found in the Bay
Reed Magee of Belford found the dead body of a man floating in the bay last Thursday. He tied a rope around the body and towed it ashore. Coroner Anderson of Keyport was sent for but he could not come and Justice Charles Mohrman of Port Monmouth summoned a jury. An inquest was held and a permit was given to Undertaker Amzi M. Posten to bury the body.
