New Jersey Obituaries - 1899 - Mrs. Lucy A. (Longstreet) Burtis

Mrs. Lucy A. Burtis, widow of David Burtis, died on Thursday, August 3d, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles W. Hunsinger, who lives near Imlaystown. She was 77 years old. Death was caused by heart disease, with which she had been sick a year. Mrs. Burtis was a daughter of Gilbert Longstreet and for several years she lived in Burlington county. She moved from there to Allentown. Mrs. Burtis leaves two children. They are Mrs. Hunsinger and Mrs. George D. Coward of Asbury Park. Mrs. Burtis leaves also three brothers.
