New Jersey Wills - 1899 - William H. Sammons

William H. Sammons of Freehold made his will October 6th, 1898. He appointed D. L. Clayton as his undertaker and directed his executor to provide a tombstone for his grave. He left $50 in trust to the Maplewood cemetery. Thi interest on this sum is to be used in keeping his burial plot in order. He left all his personal property and household goods to Sallie Collins and she is to have the real estate until Allen Collins becomes of age, when it goes to him. Should Allen Collins die before he becomes of age the real estate is to remain in her possession. Patrick Collins was made executor of the will and James Freeman and Joseph McDermott were the witnesses.
