Mrs. Mary C. (Soden) Johnes, wife of Samuel C. Johnes of Freehold, died of rheumatism of the heart on Saturday a week ago, aged 44 years. She was the daughter of Henrietta and James R. Soden. She married Mr. Johnes on December 3d, 1874. Mrs. Johnes leaves one son, William Johnes, who is a member of company I. Two brothers and two sisters also survive her. They are Mrs. Fred Jennings, Mrs. John Toley, William H. Soden and J. Edward Soden, all of Freehold. The latter is also a member of Compay I.
