New Jersey Wills - 1899 - Samuel F. Fowler

Samuel F. Fowler of Upper Freehold township made his wife and two daughters the executrices of his will. The daughters are Althea S. Doughty, wife of A. S. L. Doughty, and Annie Rue, wife of John Rue. He ordered his executrices to sell all his real estate and personal property at such times as they should think proper, and to divide the money into three equal parts. His wife Elizabeth Fowler, was to get one of these parts of the estate, and each of the daughters was to get one part. The will was made March 2d, 1898. And the witnesses were George H. Vanderbeek and William C. Smith.
