A Skater Drowned
Benjamin M. Codner, the fifteen-year-old son of Marshal S. Codner of Branchport, was drowned in the South Shrewsbury river two weeks ago. It is supposed that the boy fell into an airhole while skating. The body was found a week later in the channel of the river by Joseph Phillips and Tucker Edwards, Jr., who had been grappling for it.
