Barney J. Clancy of Allenhurst dropped dead of apoplexy yesterday afternoon. Mr. Clancey and a number of friends were about to go in swimming and just as Mr. Clancey touched the water he suddenly raised up his hands and fell back dead. He was about forty years old and had lived at Allenhurst two years. He was a widower and leaves two children who live in Brooklyn.
