A Girl Commits Suicide

Estella Conk, aged eighteen years, who was employed by Mrs. Whitfield Hibler of Asbury Park, committed suicide last Wednesday night by taking carbolic acid. She had been employed by Mrs. Hibler two weeks. The girl had received an anonymous letter a few days before, and this letter preyed on her mind and caused her to kill herself. She was the daughter of Anna and the late Aaron Conk of Davis Station, N. J.
