Flora, daughter of John B. Valleau of Pleasant Plains, near Lakewood, formerly of Atlantic Highlands, died on Tuesday of last week, aged twelve years. Death was caused by consumption. She had been in poor health for some time, but was in bed only one day previous to her death. The funeral was held at the house on Thursday and the body was buried in Fair View cemetery. The service at the grave was conducted by Rev. E. C. Hancock.
