Andrew Morrissey, who was well known in parts of Middletown township, died in New York last Thursday. He was an uncle of John Dowd, Martin Dowd and Thomas Dowd of Atlantic Highlands, and also of Thomas Logan, who formerly lived at Headden’s Corner. The funeral was held on Saturday and the body was brought to Mount Olivet cemetery at Headden’s Corner for burial.
